This part of Twisted Story moves between conversations and observation scenes. Delivery Man and Female Neighbor begin at apartment doors, but they use different requests and reply sequences. It's me. revolves around a caller's claimed identity, while Helpful Man ends with a decision about getting home. Picture stages such as Toilet stall, Trying it on and Well ask you to locate one concrete anomaly instead of choosing replies. Later stories include the missing child at an amusement park, the friend who claims to know what happened beside a body, and the women leaving a bedroom together. Check each route's ending label: the police decision in Friend's Testimony and the escape in VTuber Livestream lead into true-ending branches, while several earlier conversations demonstrate normal endings.
